All of our bracelets are handcrafted by local artisans, and each bead may have tiny differences from the hand-polishing process. In addition, the inclusion of uniquely shaped spacer beads can cause the bracelet to rest in a slightly irregular shape when laid flat on a table. This is a normal physical effect and does not affect the bracelet’s wearability or the quality of the crystals.

Our crystals and other natural gemstones are one of a kind. Their color, luster, and natural inclusions may vary, depending on the raw stones mined in each season. We guarantee that all our pieces are made with AAA-grade natural crystals. Please also note: if every stone in a batch looks overly perfect and identical, it is often a sign of man-made materials rather than genuine natural gemstones.
